Love to craft with a laser

My love for crafting started when I was very young. I am a collector and collected stamps and other items to use in my quest to be creative. I expanded from sewing, wood crafting, wreath making, to photography. Then one day I saw the Glowforge and thought- I love that and want to have one. This was my first introduction to laser crafting. I am now on my third laser and it is a big one! What can a laser be used for? The machine I have uses a laser beam to cut, score or engrave different materials, such as leather, wood and acrylic, among other materials. I started working with lasers right after the pandemic and am continuing to learn new tricks. But true to my love of collecting, I am collecting many supplies and materials to use in the laser- and also collecting so many ideas and projects to start on! I have way more ideas and materials than I have time!

I work full time and so that leaves evenings and weekends to craft. In August of 2024 I took a risk and joined the Winchester Farm Exchange and I couldn’t be happier. I offer many products available for retail purchase, such as coasters, engraved charcuterie boards, small engraved gift items, and tumblers.

I am looking forward to spring and summer to explore additional ideas and to start planning and creating inventory for winter holiday shows!
